Juliana Omale, a distinguished professional, earned her B.Sc. in Business Administration from ABU Zaria in 2007 and an MBA from MAU Yola in 2013. She also holds a certificate in Leadership and Management in Health from the University of Washington and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Administration at the American University of Nigeria, Yola. As a Fellow of the Institute of Industrialist and Corporate Administrators, she brings a wealth of experience, having served 8 years in the Nigerian banking sector and 7 years in managerial capacities within the Nigerian power sector. Fellow of Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC) and a Chattered Management Consultant (CMC) Driven by a passion for service excellence, superior organizational performance, and a positive economic outlook, she founded "Innovate Highfliers Consulting Ltd" to actualize her aspirations
